That's false, you can listen to the video I posted in the OP. This video was recorded three years ago and it mentions how Gedo was cleared of those elements in 2011. The troops stationed there have only gotten larger and better equipped over the last 3 years, you will not hear about attacks which is why the region is peaceful.

@Dues Ex Machete let's use some logic. If Gedo was free like you claim then why haven't you moved into Middle Juba yet? Especially with the rivalry between FGS and Madoobe. Why hasn't Bogmadow expanded the area of control for the FGS and given it more leverage over Jland?
