That's why the south fails, top-down. They want failed mogadishu to build you regional govt in GM/HS/SW. No matter what they do to PL, we will always do things on our way.prove , recently we made 500 million dollar contracts on PL investment forum. We dont need xamar period!. Any other state still stick to xamar let them forum one entity and take orders from xamar. PL will not go back to 1991. We can take care for our self. But we need only mutual respect and share power cause Somalia is for all not only who rule xamar.
