The N&N fanatics are blaming it on President Hassan Sheikh even though the construction took place the last 2 years and the red ribbon was cut by Kheyre.

I believe because HS has not been in power for 3 years and can not be used as an escape goat.

There’s no way to blame HSM. Like you said the ribbon cutting and “construction” all took place under Failmaajo and kheyre. They knew fully well someone looted most of that 4.5 million and I bet it was them. Unless Failmaajo and Kheyrelaawe are two completely stupid individuals how do they move along with a project like this and cut the ribbon after it’s done but only point fingers after the public calls them out on the fake price tag? It didn’t even take 200,000 to build that shithole airport who looted the 4 million? Are they going to blame that on HSM too? Failmaajo and Kheyrlaawe must be investigated

Even the 200,000 price tag I guessed is about 100,000-150,000 too much. Think about it. They only needed 1 construction vehicle to smooth that sand and then build a small shitty office. 50,000-75,000 max for that

That's like 50k max, my parents built an entire house with fences and all that for 60k.

The other reason why N&N can’t point fingers is because Kheyrlaawe cut the ribbon. He was all smiles. If N&N didn’t do the looting Kheyrlaawe would have announced investigation into missing $4m instead of cutting useless ribbon. But no he came, he smiled, he shook hands with fellow thieves, and he left.

Maybe they had to loot Barawa airport project funds to pay Ahlu Sunna/QoorQoor in GM
