There is a reason why no one not even Bajaajleyda go to Northern Mogadishu. everyone just prefers the south away from these uncivilised bandits and Ciyaal weero.
Ironically when I was in hamar in 99, the northern parts were peaceful, it was the southern part that was unstable, especially HG area
@Macawisley I still have the 99 image of hamar, seems like things changed and the south is peaceful and northern part is hell, when it was the other way around in the 90s.

How long have these savages been terrorizing Mogadishu? It seems like a recent chain of ongoing incidents.
Apparently the person behind the hedious crime has been arrested, at first I thought they were from the Bantu clan upon researching he is from Abgaal clan and is the neighbour of the victim.
It’s becoming increasingly hard to tell the difference between the Bantu clan and the Abgaal clan.
It is an effect of foreign drug promoting media and cartels ,with starving bastard and non bastard children roaming the streets combined with inhuman levels of poverty and unemployment. It was sadly inevitable, only way they may solve this is to buldoze most of the slums in a slow manner over a few years and break them apart into small scale housing units with street lighting and cameras and community policing. Sadly the government is too poor and corrupt to implement this. Whats funy is that elders will come together to solve political issues or discuss them but not bat an eye to the rot in their communities.
Sadly outside influence is taking hold. Bastards are not in our culture. If wedlock is showing up in the base of our society, what’s their to blame besides a new emerging degeneracy among an otherwise Muslim population.
I prefer your idea, the only object in the way which we lack is funds. Another more achievable fix would be mandatory military service. Conscription. This creates more disciplined young men.
