Exacly. Here is the funny thing if somalis wanted to be united. Why havent somalis prior before white people came not form a country like the amharas did with the ethiopian empire?
It could be argued that Turks were never United prior to the Ottoman Empire or that Italians were never United prior to the formation of the republic of Italy or the Germans prior to the German empire. Every FMS should manage its own affairs and every clan within set FMS should manage its own affairs, FGS should be voted in 1p1v and deal with specific roles only, such as security of borders, air space, territorial waters, some natural resources like oil and gas, basically all the things a clan cannot manage on its own, or a FMS can't manage.
FMS should apply for aid from the FGS and the if they fulfill the requirements FGS should greenlight it and give them a cut of the IC aid it receives.
We need to decentralize much more than we currently are, right now FMS act as mini banana republics, with complete central rule and competing with FGS instead of focusing on further decentralizing and getting shit done.
That was what our form of federalism was suppose to be and has also failed. I don't want nothing to do with each other. Whoever wants to stick with each other, that's up to them. My clan borders are set and ready to close.

Somalia needs a shock therapy type solution so that its people and political class at long last fixes all their problems. This shock therapy could well be seeing SL being finally recognized

We need a police state and re-education camps. Any form of government criticism will result in imprisonment. We need to copy China .People forget that Africa was way ahead of China.
