Balkanization of Somalia will be worse than the current situation

Many people here talk about the balkanization of Somalia and want each qabil/federal state to form their own country.
In the following points I'll proof to you that this is not a viable solution.
1) qabil states are weak even weaker than united somalia. Every single somali state including Puntland and Somaliland will be an easy prey for foreign countries. If you thought somalia was a puppet state wait until we have 6-7 puppet states. Jubaland will be at high risk of annexation from Kenya.
2) it won't solve the problem of qabil infighting. Galmudug would be a Habar Gidir majority country and this would cause clashes with Marexaan and maybe even a war with Puntland over Gaalkacyo and certain areas of Mudug. JL will be a kenyan puppet state with constant clashes between Ogadeen and Marexaan. Southwest will have clashes between maxaa and maay speaking clans.
3) it won't solve the issue of terrorism, the terrorists will benefit from attacking many small weak states. Certain areas like JL have AS presence almost everywhere outside big cities, 50% of Galmudug is controlled by terrorists, same with south west and Hirshabelle.
4) Mogadishu status would be a cause of war, different states will fight over the city as it's the wealthiest in the country. Who will take it? Southwest? Hirshabelle? Nobody knows
5) citizenship would be a mess. How can you base citizenship on qabil? Which country would people join? Many somalis live in areas were their clan isn't the majority, many also have mothers from other clan. Families would be separated by borders.
6) the economy of most states will be a mess, even worse than now. Let's keep it Real, the only "developed" areas of somalia are Hargeysa, Mogadishu , Bosaso and Garowe. That's it, the rest of the country cannot survive on it's own. Imagine an undeveloped city like dhusomareeb being capital of Galmudug , it would be a joke.
7) at the end of the day each new independent country will experience the same problems that affect united Somalia but it would be much worse.

Balkanization can't work.

Its a 30 year pipe dream by every Qabilist. If they couldn't achieve it in 2000 when most of Somalia was in war and Mogadishu was hell on earth they will never achieve it now.

We are seeing a strong FGS. koonfur is under the power of FGS military with the exception of kismaayo and Alshabab held areas.

Kismaayo will eventually be under a pro FGS person and we will then see a united Koonfur.

1) national reconciliation. Somali leaders should pause the conflict with each other and focus on defeating the terrorist that are threatening the whole country including safe ares like PL. After we solve the terrorist problem we can sit and talk about our issues.
2) multiple presidents or an agreement to share power. This system is also called directorial system, Switzerland has this form of government. Instead of having one president they have a federal council with one president who is elected every year. The council in somalia should be shared by all clans and every year one clan gets the presidency of the council however the president is just a first among equals. The members of the council would be forced to work together
3) true federalism NOT based on qabil. You want to have federalism? Fine , wonderful but don't base it on qabil. We should base federalism on territories with similar problems. Federal states should be smaller and resemble swiss cantons instead of US states.

The problem is that we had no federal states in ths early 2000s so no basis to form indipendent countries. Now we have JL,PL, Galmudug, Hirshabelle and Southwest. That's 5 possibile states with five different presidents

We can't erase qabil but we can use it to work together. Each major qabil should appoint ine guy that speaks for them in a council of leaders.
Example of a council would be one guy from each of these clans : MJ,HG, MX, Abgaal, OG, Raxanweyn plus one for small daroods, one for small dir clans and one from beelaha shanaad like Bantus and reer xamar.
Each one of these dudes will have a chance to be president of the council but they will govern the country as equals , make decisions together etc.
