Bad xalwo is still good

I've been wondering how true this is. Though I've tasted varying quality of xalwos over the course of my relatively short life I realized I've never tasted xalwo I've disliked.

Some were amazing but even the worst ones were still good.

I only like when the halwo is made with subag and is fresh, I remember this guy from Kismaayo moved to Bossaso in the 1991s and noticed everyone was selling a halwo made out of oil.

Man had an idea and opened this little corner store, he blessed the Halwo with his secrete recipe and took over the whole Halwo business in Bossaso, currently he is one of the richest people in the city.

There are three types of Somali Xalwo (what I know). The crumbly, the one with the nuts and the usual ones and have you tried eating xalwo with popcorn among the best I highly recommended it Xalwo is really good even I eat it once every four years
