alshabaab even blew up a restaurant that the Cyaal Weero used to eat and hang out. This is the failor of the District Commissioners in the areas Cyaal Weero are "Yaqshid,Karaan", those commissioners need to be fired, and NISA should take more control in those areas. Mahad Salad should send in troops to do raids, and clean ups.

When you can operate as much as you like, then you can terrorise everyone. Alshababs aren’t good people, they are literally killing these kids (I am not saying these kids are good either), Alshababs, they say they want Sharia, but how is it Islamical? To execute Someone with no courts ruling?. Also the reason why it’s hard for the government to control these kids are, first the government is for people, they don’t just kill you, second the country doesn’t have juvenile jails (I think), so the government doesn’t try to sentence these kids as it could lead an uproar from the international community.
