From a quick reading of this PhD thesis, it appears that certain communities in Djibouti have grieavances against the Mamaasan family that runs Djibouti and some of this might date back to Xarbi vs Abtidoon rivalry era under French colonial administration. @Sheikh Kulkuli I only did a quick reading see corrections, concerns or anything else thats important
