Khatumo SSC authorities must call these companies up at their headquarters and tell them the holhol territory is an autonomous region with its own govt and not to waste their time signing deals with a federal govt that has no constitutional mandate, tell them save their bonus money their signing off to corrupt Mogadishu leaders who knows they will never be able to execute this but see it as a cash cow only. They don't care interfere in PL affairs as we are more politically mature and aware and they go after emerging regional govts.
