Studies have proven that they outpace their neurotypical counterparts.They should have the right, it's unfortunate that they would need to prove MORE capable compared to their neurotypical contemporaries. I believe that as long as you can do the job with minimum support, your autism, dyslexia, OCD really shouldn't matter.
