Autistic People Deserve The Right To Be Leaders Just Like Their Neurotypical Counterparts

Just saying and Neurodivergent people make great leaders. Look a Richard Branson of Virgin Records (he was dyslexic and Neurodivergent). We are more than just subordinates doing a subordinate role.

Leaders are a social thing as much it is an logistics thing. When you give the autist the presenting jobs you get people like mark zuckerberg flopping at presenting new items.
 
They should have the right, it's unfortunate that they would need to prove MORE capable compared to their neurotypical contemporaries. I believe that as long as you can do the job with minimum support, your autism, dyslexia, OCD really shouldn't matter.
