What's the cost of living like in Australia specifically rent prices.

People don't look at salary anymore. They want perks also like work from home 2 days a week, free parking, gym membership, free lunches, salary sacrificing home/cars which means its all pre-taxed. I mean even minimum wage is $22 here for mcdonald worker teen

In the UK we have a combination of low wages + high rent.

If u live in the 'suburbs' $300 a week for 1 bedder unit where ur 45 min from city by train, but if ur near beach/city double easily. Lots of ppl do share-housing if u want to cut on rent. Mind u sydney is most expensive city in Australia by far. Its cheaper outside melb/syd.

Heaps of somali seniors just take old age pension and piss of to somalia and come back for health check ups. Even some unemployed do cuz the welfare is FOR LIFE as long as u dont have job, disabled, elderly.

They took on a-lot of sudos(south sudanese) refugee intake after their civil war, they were causing a bit of problems the 'teens' 4 a while cuz the sudo fathers would take the unemployed 'cayr' and go back to south sudan and live like king, leaving the kids with single mothers kkkkk, some somalis got caught up with them also. But their quiet now too and adjusted. Oh yeah single mothers do well out here too. I know western sudo his muslim, does full time driving 4 embassy plus takes his 2k cayr kkkkk, clears 10k a month easy.

@mohamedismail by law also u must get 2 week paid sick leave, 2 week paid public holiday, 4 weeks yearly holiday, that's by LAW, even 4 mcdonald worker if their full time. But most places go over and above n beyond becuz they know mcdonald workers get it and ppl will not join their company cuz it's by law. For all professional jobs It's usually 6-8 weeks holiday so 2 months, plus 3-4 weeks sick pay, and 2 week public holiday(thats fixed cuz thats how many public holidays exist).

Your not even working more then 9 month in a given year and the rest is ur sick pay, holiday pay or public holiday pay. But that's for permanent staff. If your on contract, u won't get that but get paid high. I get $1500 in my job for that reason a day, so i can relax 6 month and pick up new project cuz i like that lifestyle. Permanent lifestyle means ur stuck in 1 place and im nomad by spirit. But we lose out on all their perks the permies we call em.

Most professional permies clear 500 a day but they enjoy better perks then contractors in same profession but they lack flexibility like take of 6 month in between contracts, plus contractors who dont work dont get paid, so that 6 month is ur own MONEY. It actually works out the same if u do the math. Its down to flexibility only.

Everything is new but it doesn't have character or time or story and it's always replaced for whatever the next modern fad is in 25 years by 'building laws'. But if u want african weather, a whole continent of beaches, forests, deserts, farm lands its all there.

I think life Somalis and ethnic minorities is better in countries like USA and Australia New Zealand etc. The Cadaan man isn't native so technically he has no right to be racist to you. Places like England where cadaan are native have more racism.

We just got universal child-care another win 4 socialists. U just go to any child-care of your choosing and govt picks up the bill if ur working mother u take ur medicare card. We fighting hard for dental universal, right now its only 4 under 18 n unemployed, elderly, disabled. We want it to cover all workers too. But govt regulates medication, it's $5 bucks 90% of medications. Even ones that cost 500k in america. Australia life span is 83 for male. Plus all gp, testing, specialist, surgery thats been universal since the 80s, u just use ur medicare card 4 it. Life span 83 means a superior healthcare system 4 all not 4 some like america.

Mind u this might change due to the influx of cheap indians on work visas becuz lots of aussies r not taking up medical studies 4 it anymore. We will wait n see but I hope the system keeps them dodgy indians in check, I know their lazy fucks at heart and just want money, u can see it in their face no matter what job their in, they look all fake and no passion and just want to impress their families and rise up in their silly indian 'caste' system.
