Incorrect, NISA still has their CORE that have been there for 10 years plus.

For the simple fact that these guys acted like this is because they have some higher ups as friends or bosses.

Like i said we will see what happens, but its not the first time Troops kill other Government troops and civilians. This has been an on going issue, Checkpoints and others areas have troops that are over armed. You dont need 50 cal machine guns in the city thats just madness

I’m talking about their new leadership and mandate. NISA is not the same illegal agency under Farmaajo that was mainly used to fight against the political opponents of his administration.

All the NISA agents and uniformed officers that use to man checkpoints were replaced with disciplined more capable officers before the arrival of the 3,000 strong military police units as part of the new security reforms. There’s no more trucks driving around with mounted 50 cals or soldiers strolling around xamad with rpgs and machine guns.

So yes, NISA for most part is not the NISA of yesterday. No more soldiers high on khat and drugs manning checkpoints or going around killing/terrorizing civilians or fighting each other.

3 have been sentenced to death with 9 being sentenced to prison terms ranging between 5-3 years. 1 got released due to lack of evidence.

Fair enough. The guy on the dshk killed and injured most of the people and the other 2 killed the soldiers who surrendered
