They love to throw that around, but fail to acknowledge that majority of scientist not only alive today but through out history disproportionately believed in god, whether Muslim, Christian, or Jewish. So science doesn't lead one to forgo the believe in God.

Hitchens was old-school atheist who never gave a fuk about science. His arguments against theism rested on the self-evident absurdity of organized religions and the deleterious impacts religious dogmas has had and continue to have on societies. Hitchens was lifelong liberal even after supporting Bush's Iraq War.

Dawkins and Kraus are professional scientists with former being very important in his field (he wrong seminal books like Ancestral's Tale, the Selfish Gene, etc.). Both champion the cause of science but are essentially liberals would never countenance demonizing ethnic minorities.

Harris is a nobody, rightwing blowhard who denigrades and demonizes minorities. He even interviewed Charles Murray of the Bell Curve, a man who was widely condemned and discredited for his racist views.

So, you see very little if any connection between the men listed above aside from their lack of religious conviction.
