I hate CBB with my entire being, that said, this current regime has no discipline and no respect for appearances. The military needs attention to detail and dirty, mismatched shoes is a very bad look.
I will put functionality over appearance. Till Somali develops its only police and military academy throughout the nation, we'll continue to look like a mess. The men in those photos might not be uniformed but at least they have boots, better than those military displays where they're all wearing sandals.
