Idk I like Kaiser Wilhem II but I wanted to choose a photo of him that wasn't that generic. Him wearing the retro Death's Head Hussar uniform was cool (Napoleonic Elite German Cavalry Regiment) and I also like Napoleon so it was a way to tie both in.
