When I was in mecca, some random arab guy invited me into his house to drink coffee with him coffee. It's part of the culture to be hospitable. Rarely anything dodgy happens.
I can confirm my first cousin(mom brother son) who was raised in Saudi, told me when I visited them during Umrah in 2012 that “ boys getting with each other is not uncommon in school here”. You can maybe blame the fact it’s single sex schools but there is something sick also with the culture and society in General in that country where that has become normal
