Why is gov have will to fight Kenya, Jubaland, ASWJ but not Hormud? Is it gov really powerless against Hormud? Not sure how exactly hormud wields power over the government.

The government should nationalise the telecom industry, create a new state owned bank and have own system like EVC, all other mobile operators will be members of this system & be interoperable (not each have their own digital currency). Gov needs some national assets & banking, telecom, ports are a must for the gov. Can't have these warlords own these important infrastructure.
