I think the government should switch up the plan on how to defeat AS. Reason being maybe it would be better to concurrently run phase 1 and phase 2 at the same time.

If we cannot liberate central Somalia, I doubt we will be able to liberate the rest of southern Somalia. There is a lot of qabyaalad that makes it even more difficult unfortunatly.
