lots of Dhulbahante but they are just scattered and usually not aware of each other. Remanants of the soldiers British brought from somaliland. Unlike isaaq Dhulbahante has not intermarried with bantu and lost their culture. Isaaq has been virtually wiped out with intermarriage with bantu groups. Lost cause

Most Dhulbahante are in Nairobi like all the refugees but if they moved to one area o feel they can negotiate for Kursi. Kursi is negotiable as various clans or ethnics share different Kursi specially when you are minority in the area
