You don't negotiate with terrorists, never. It's either FGS way or the highway. If AS are welcomed into govt, if the govt negotiates with these violent thugs, the govt has lost all credibility.

Where you find a khawarij you must kill them, you have to completely root out the disease and the parasite from the body. A healthy body cannot co-exist with a parasitic organization like the khawarij.

But I would be still happy if we somalis were the ones fighting against AS and not uncle sam. Uncle sam told us they are terrorists, throve them out of mogadishu when we weren't willing to fight with them and still supporting FGS with weapons, money and intelligence to hold AS in check, so the question is for how many more years they can continue supporting?

Yes, the soldiers are lazy and not serious about liberating the lands. They just want to sit around.
