First of all let me start by thanking my fellow Puntites, who've shown me great support and love: this wouldn't be possible without you.
Our great State, was founded on the principles of: Honour, Kinship, Stability, and Prosperity for our people. And i as the potential candidate for the office of President of Puntland, will hold these principles dear to my heart.
If I were to take office, I would start my vastly reducing the cabinet and parliament of our State. Instead of having tens of ministers/ministeries, there will only be five: Treasury, Health, Environment, Defence, and Interior. Ali Saleeban will be granted the Treasury, Leelkase will be granted Health, Carab Salah the Environment, Warsangeli will get Defence, and Maxamuud Saleeban will get the Interior Ministry. The VP role, would be given through a lottery system between mentioned clans. I'll propose, a system which would set a fair and balanced distribution of Parliamentary Seats. Dhulbahante, would be stripped of the VP role and the ridiculous THIRD of the PL parliamentary seats, they've been undeservedly given, and propose a bill to the parliament to totally pull out of all Dhulbahante lands.
I'll focus on strengthening our ties to our little brother State, Jubbaland. I'll make sure, PL shares it's vast institutions and human resources, that we've been blessed with from the Almighty SWT. This will ensure that Southern Daroods, get and remain on their feet and build that State to infinity and beyond. Its should be our #2 aims, to see a successful and high flying Jubbaland.
On the economics of PL, I would continue the great works achieved by non other than the President of Development, Abdiweli Gaas. With the recent World Bank report, I plan to propel PL the great hights never seen before. I would build more roads, to reach our many coastal towns and villages, which would result in the investment in fishing industry. I would also seek investment to rebuild the old salt mines of Hafun.
On the military front, I would conduct a brutal, dirty, nasty, no holds barred campaigns against both, Al Shabab of the Galgala mountains range, and ISIS in the Qandala mountains. Both areas would be strictly forbidden, for civilians to enter. Anyone caught associating, assisting, or even suspected of being involved with either (or both), regardless of clan, would receive prosecutions varying from lengthy prison sentences, to capital punishment. Any fighter of these groups caught = instant meeting with either, the hang man's noose, or shot to pieces, while on a pole, like a pole dancer, dancing for Mr Benjamin Franklin. Complete unrestricted total war against these dogs of hell, that have ruined the lives of all Somalis, and tarnished/destroyed/ruined the Muslim name and our beautiful Deen.
