Arm embargo

I believe the UN the reason they didn’t left the arm embargo is for Somalia to never defeat al shabaab and the amisom coward don’t do anything to defeat or even fight al shabaab. I know Ethiopia and Kenya even little djabooty don’t want to see Somalia with strong army and free from alshabaab.

Even a semi-stable "Somalia" free of al-shabaab is a threat to both Ethiopia and Kenya. It would cause a huge power dynamic shift in the Horn and beyond. At the end of the day, it all depends on what Somalis want the future of their country or "countries" to be
