Not fear but the middle ground. You reward them sometimes but when they do bad they need to be punished. Cadaan children sometimes even slap their parents.

I dunno about that. I think these types are just indulgent, weak willed parents. I was never beaten growing up and have immense respect for my parents and would often scoff at how some cadaans act or speak toward theirs.
