Personally I’m a night shower person. It sounds disgusting to bring all the filth of the day to your bed

If it’s hot I shower twice a day though

Night showers, I keep my room around 18 or 19 degrees with a fan and air filter running throughout the night, so I rarely have night sweats. I tend to sleep with loud sounds without a problem, like snoring. A family friend spent time with me while I was back home, and it didn't disrupt my sleep, but it ruined my uncle's sleep .

However, I can wake up to the smallest noises, was sleeping in a tent in the countryside and heard a Leopard roar in the night, my hairs on my back stood up and I couldn't sleep after that, I walked back to my SUV.
