Jus sanguinis refers to the ability of the children of citizens to get citizenship.

What she is implicitly advocating for is stripping the citizenship and deporting those that already have citizenship.

That is illegal as they would effectively become stateless and deporting them en masse is defined as ethnic cleansing.
