If you are a grown adult and decide to chop off your , I will question your decision-making process, even if it's totally normalized in today's society.

Honestly, they might be making a smart decision for themselves. They are looking out for their health. Hearing the difference in how this person sounds and how they look may cause them to have even more stress than what they are currently facing. The patient doesn’t have to be polite in this case. It’s not their job to entertain people’s delusions.

A true medical professional understands that. I understand that people who are facing health distress of any magnitude don’t have filters for the most part and will straight up ask you weird questions about yourself. This is just propaganda by a certain group.
