I'm saying this as a guy who lives in the uk it sucks. Plus the uk is part of the reason we have been in a civil war after giving our lands purposefully to Kenya and ethiopia for there "contribution" as allies of the British in ww2 and to punish somalia for being an Italian colony. We went to war for those regions and got backstabbed and collapsed into civil war.

If I was the cadaan guy I wouldn’t just say we need diversity for the sake of diversity. He could have said something among the lines of bringing in a lot of talent for our workforce and society for economics and progress which makes our nation unique unlike China and Russia etc etc
