Important to note I said "mild schizophrenia", I'm not just talking about people not being to distinguish between reality and delusions which is what that video you've shown was about. Plenty of people in Somalia are paranoid and delusional, which comes under schizophrenia. Obviously, there are other forms of mental illness that are in that country.

Bro, how many times have you heard someone say "wu waalan yahay" about someone in Somalia? A lot of this is exacerbated by the stigma of mental illness in that country, it's someone that can be managed if facilities are set up around the country and some stability and a strong form of governance are put in place to take our of our people.
