In order to innovate, strategize, invent or do anything you need to have a 'vision' can you see things in your mind and can you test it. I say to identify a good visionary among us becuz they set up the 'road' we should take or the 'model or system or framework or procedure or policy or anything really' we should focus on and therefore we bring thousands of Somalis to add ideas to it untill we finally crack it. The worst thing is u don't want to be stuck in a bad model or system as your heading down nowhere and what can happen is your wasting time, resources, lives, and your people end up getting mad. Hence visionaries and stateman are paramount in a Nation founding or in Nation Recovery.
That's why it's paramount we identify people with visions, I am not bad at this stuff but I practise to confirm also while I 'meditate'. This what helps me and maybe u can try it to see how good u are at vision work and maybe test all Somalis on it locally at schooling level as not all kids are the same.
The test is like this. I sit down and look at say 'farmajo' for example and predict what he will do in my mind, this is after a-lot of back n forth analysis using many types of thinking styles, pros and cons, factors involved, and many variables even cultural, tribal, financial, status, idealogical' so I don't forget something in my prediction.
Then the test is simple, I predict it before it happens and say this is my 'prediction' based on my vision and how I did it is in my head by closing my eyes and seeing events unfold and where it's leading. I present my idea 'before-hand' to you on this 'forum' as practise ground so you start to see the DR is ok at the vision, strategy, model type of work and I will benefit our nation as a whole.
