Give me a lesson on America. Whats the comfiest part of the country?

i've only ever been to california and minnesota other than my own state
i'd say seattle is pretty chill (other than the high city crime) and everyone minds their own business
but if you want somewhere comfy, living in the rural areas of any state works
personally, snoqualmie in washington is really nice, it's so quiet and has a nice view since it's a small town by the cascade mountains

i visit MN in the summer every 3 ish years
it can reach around 100 degrees Fahrenheit (38 Celsius), while in washington it only reaches 75 ish F (24 C)
