Hmm, we have different experiences when it comes to Emiratis. The only thing I don’t like about them is when I tell them I’m half Somali, they say I’m one of them because they believe my tribe is a descendant of the Arabs. It’s very annoying. Then when they find out my other half is Jewish, they ask me sooo many questions like “how did a Somali end up with a Jewish”. Other than that, they are nice to me & curious to know about me more.

I’ve been to Qatar with my father, on vacation for 3 months. They were good to me, until they find out my other half. When they talk to my father, they’re cool with him, but treat me weird...

I’ve never been to Turkey, nor have met many of them enough to make an opinion about them

On the other hand i can relate with Sudanese arabs because they many of them are ethnically cushites and similar to somalis. Sudanese are also known for being very hospitable and friendly.
