Arabs spreading Islam in Sub-Sahara Africa

Islam was likely the largest monotheistic religion in the world before colonialism :/ We're just returning to our rightful place--that's all.
SSA will be critical in the expansion of Islam globally.

If Somalia had been a wealthy & developed nation, we could've formed conversion organisations to send expedition parties to the depths of the Congo and central Africa to spread the good news.

Africa & Asia; that's where our numbers in the future lie.

This graph above represents the countries with the largest Muslim population worldwide. Do you notice that the only sub-saharan country on the list is less than half Muslim? Imagine if we had a stronger grip on Africa.

The graph above represents the most populated countries in 2050, the estimated time where Islam will once again reign as the most dominant world religion. 6 of those countries already have a strong Muslim presence, but what if we were to expand that? Imagine reverting the DR Congo to Islam; our numbers would expand dramatically.

It’s better for the world (more stability) if they’re Christians. Every so often you’ll hear crazy shit like this:

But at least Christianity’s political extremism phase has passed. Islam not so much.

American Evangelism is spreading like wild fire in Africa and also, they are converting former Catholics and Orthodox Christians into Pentecostal Evangelical Christians. Even Ethiopia's Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed is now a devout Pentecostal Evangelical Christian.

The future wars in Africa will be religious wars between Salafism which is also spreading like wild fire in Africa and the Pentecostal Church.

Wrong.

The Ottomans were not a Caliphate you fool. They were simply an empire that used Islam to dominate other Muslim lands/empires.

The main requirement for a Caliphate is for the Caliph to be a person that upholds the faith & comes from the Arab Quraysh tribe. The Ottoman Turks were not Arabs & their leaders did not descend from Quraysh.
Only Shias believe you have to be quraysh lol, Ottoman Empire was a real caliphate that was even prophizized by the prophet

Yh, but where do you see it as a political force?

Americans are actually fairly religious, especially in comparison to Europe and Australia, and our politics are affected by evangelism and terms like “Judeo-Christian values” are hurled around, but it’s still far from a Christian force.

There’s no African country I’m aware of, or any world power for that matter, that operates on political Christianity as of today. They may profess a Christian faith or Christian values, but that’s far from the type political Christianity we see in history, and not on par with where Islam is today.

The spread of Salafism across the continent and their tendencies to produce groups like Boko Haram and Alshabab who are intolerant towards anyone who isn't willing to be converted will result in a bloodshed. War would be inevitable and unavoidable because when they clash, the African Pentecostal Church who are closely and strongly aligned with their U.S cousins will render the American government to intervene. Africans should avoid both of these toxic sects.

But notice how even you’re admitting who would be inciting it, who would be retaliatory. That’s why I would prefer they were Christians lol. They are no Christian religious based groups on the continent the likes of Boko Haram and Al Shabab, regardless of the spread of the Pentecostal church.

@VixR

This is Africa, I’m afraid the retaliation will be swift, severe and will escalate to others quickly. Muslims Vs Christians.

I think that’s unlikely, but you know what makes it more likely? (A) More radical Muslims or (B) more Pentecostal Christians?

I would easily bet my savings on the former lol.

The Anti-Balaka in the Central African Republic and the Lord's Resitance Army in Uganda just to name 2.

Next time do some research before spouting your nonsense.

I need more information. Why are they so obscure?

A google search for “militant Christians in Africa” doesn’t produce either of those.

This is nothing more than Arabs establishing a foothold in Africa and has nothing to do with spreading Islam

It is a religious obligation upon all Somalis to fight against the Arab heretic and purify Makkah and Madinah

This is political sxb and to say it isn't is being in denial. The purpose of this "dawah" is to portray Arabs as saviours and to fulfill a messiah complex

Ya Rabb :bell: If you're having such issues with Muslims reverting others to the diin, why don't you just go ahead to Africa and revert them? :mindblown: You wouldn't be complaining so much if they weren't Arab.

These weirdos are obsessed with race.

Who cares what the Islamic preacher looks like? We should focus on his honourable work, not what his ethnicity/race is.

Somalis do give dawah in Africa. In South Sudan, Somalis established the main mosque and people came and attended to the astonishment of many gaalo and Muslims.

There dawah is not political unlike what the Op posted, even the title is inflammatory
