Iran is under embargo, and Arabs used to get billions every month, yet they are weaker than the Iranians, Iran has strong army without high-end weapons that Arab have, Iran control indirectly 4 arab capitals as they used to brag about, with weak economic and sanction, Arabs "Saudi" use their money to counter that. In terms of education, Iranians students show excellence in STEM fields unlike their Arab rivals "Gulf ones". Gulf states are weak and nothing without their oil, gas and alliance with the US
