More than 20% of Omani citizens are Balochi, the UAE and Oman generally accept them as Arabs and they have full citizenship.

There's also Lawatis in Muscat with full citizenship.

None of them would consider themselves American concept black, but they acknowledge that they have a black ancestor. Usually a grandma who from Zanzibar because intermarriage was not frowned upon.
