Retarded video. Even in Turkish barbers, they give you this ''cream makeover'' it isn't to lighten your skin but rather purify it from spots, and what-not. Black barbers don't even offer you this kind of top tier treatment, they give cut your hair for like 10 pounds, and move on the next dumbass looking for a cheap ass trim.
If you went to any barbers in a Middle Eastern country, this is a normal routine that they do any customer regardless if they are black or Arab.
