Applying for the TOEFL exam

Does anyone have any tips for the exam? I took a university entrance exam so I didn't need it straight away but now I want to get it out the way.

I heard that listening is most difficult without practice because some people just plain forget
I think as long as you take a practice test to figure out your strengths and weaknesses, you’d be fine in terms of preparation
