There is no greenline dividing Isaaq cities. Every family/subclan has their own grazing areas. That is nidaam

JalleBohol I think you quoted a twitter account that is lying about greenlines seperating Isaaq subclans in a state of ceasefire. There boundaries seoerating family/individual/subclan/clan pastures/homes/property etc. That would be a nidaam that prevents chaotic communalism where you could have overgrazing and more faminees plus wars because there are no propery rights and even Dir or Jabarti clans could share pastures with Isaaq that would be madness

It is from the official facebook page of Academy for peace and development (APD) who are currently in the area. Just because you don't like what they posted doesn't make it "false" .
I read that the 2 "committes" and "commissioners" have not met for 2 years. That is not a state of war between 2 brotherly subclans of HJ and HY. It's local 2 political parties leaders not meeting nothing more nothing less

areas for 3 years aka green line which is of course due to the 5 year conflict. As for the APD
agenda, it is mainly used as a source for NGO funds but locals know better.
APD sounds like a group thats into making CANTARBAQASH. Its about the NGO money like you said. They will do BAHDIL against HY and HJ so they can pat themselves on the back then collect EU paycheck
