Anyone know any properties in Garowe used for commercial purposes

Im in the works of opening a store in Garowe but have not find a available place to rent yet, I want it to be in a suuq or well visited area, The property should be relatively large as well about two or three rooms

Thank you saxiib is the rent 1500 dollars every month or like every three months like in dubai? Does the real estate company take a fee or are they the ones who own the buildings?

It's monthly and the buildings are privately owned. There are numerous realty companies / people who can do the leg work for you and collect a small fee (building owner to pay). You would be wise to negotiate fit-up and improvements as much as possible as well as the rent requested.
