Go get a PPI prescription, you could eat whatever you want.
I'm on 20mg of Rabeprazole. Not tryna stay on them long term, apparently they can cause issues down the line.

How about you? Are you dealing with these issues as well?

Did u get blood tested for H. Pylori? If it's present you're gonna need anti-biotics as well.

No, alhamdulillah, I'm healthy.

i got an endoscopy and it was normal. still waiting for biopsy next week. I hope its that so I know what im dealing with.

I was healthy as well prior to getting it. I had perfect blood results and was in good shape.

Inshallah. Don't fret the PPI regimen tho, a month or two should significantly lessen the acid.

I had it for years and this was exacerbated by Rockefeller drugs, especially Anti Acid they prescribe you which is poison that you should never take because it makes the problem worse.

They completely misdiagnose acid reflux or gastritis as you having too much acid in your stomach but this is a very dangerous lie because the opposite is true, you have too little stomach acid.

The best analogy I can give you is that of a frying pan, when your pour too little oil on it on high heat it gets out of control and the way you stabilize this is by adding more oil.

If you want to be cured from this misery very quickly follow this remedy, all you require is raw unpasteurized honey, garlic, ginger, sparkling water.

The Garlic/Honey will fight the infection that is caused by having too little stomach acid because food isn't digested properly and it has putrefied in your stomach.

For the garlic either crush it and mix with lukewarm water or even better blend it with the raw honey, if you can't take them both together no problem, have the honey separate.

The Ginger you will drink as tea (fresh ginger no powder boiled in a pan) this will calm the stomach taking the nausea away, but more importantly it will naturally increase stomach acid production while fighting inflammation, have it at least twice a day.

Whenever your having meals from now on wards have it with a glass of sparkling water, this will aid in digestion and pump up stomach acid, you will see immediate relief as food gets digested properly.

There is a reason why people have coke and other fizzy drinks with fast food, it washes that crap away because of increase HCL production in the stomach to digest that crap fast and get it out of the system quick.

I remember when I was young I ditched the fizzy drink with fast food in favor of still water or juice, and from there all my problems began, sparkling water of course is best (flavored or unflavored).

H. Pylori or hiatal hernia can cause acid refluxes. Get yourself checked if you have these two issues, also cut down your junk food consumption specially at night and do some exercises. Good luck

-H pylori test is important.
-Eat small portions of food rather than big portions.
-Don’t eat before bed, eat a few hours before you go to sleep.
-Avoid spicy foods, oily foods and fizzy drinks.
- ppi are good, but long term usage isn’t recommended. If the acid reflux is long term use meds, otherwise you’re at risk for cancer

IBS and functional dyspepsia are common and are caused by unknown reasons. They are usually diagnosed after other tests are negative.

I’m hoping to specialise in gastro so don’t feel afraid to ask more
