Anyone else able to grow beard but have really low amount of body hair ? Curious to know if this is common amongst us

I have always wondered this but if it’s not common amongst Somalis, then it could mean something medically/biologically wrong ?

I have a pretty big beard, but barely any back hair, leg hair rip due to astro burn, have adequate arm and forearm hair, but most of body hair is on my chest and stomach.

Tbh I barely have anything except a few curls on my chest, armpit hair yes but not enough where it needs to be shaved as per sunnah etc. it would make sense due to our desert background why there’s fine amount of body hair to help with cooling

I am very haired for a Somali. Chest hair, hairy legs, hairy arms, thick long moustache, beard at a very young age.

Yeah I'm growing a beard nicely although I probs got a bit of time until it's proper. However I have little to no body hair. No chest, barley anything in the armpits. Some in legs.

Somalis just don't grow body hair cause of obvious geography. Me even less so. My ancestors were Geelgires in Ali sabieh roaming volcanic land lmfao.

The men in my family can grow their beards just fine, we get it at an early age, however legs, forearms & chest is practically non-existent, just very fine hairs for the most part.
