Anybody tried meditation to improve mental health

Has anyone here tried meditation? if so what was your experience If you haven’t why not.

I started a week ago and I must say I recommend it more than anything else. There’s nothing better than just reconnecting with yourself, controlling intrusive thoughts and just calmness you get from doing it.

do it twice morning and night start with 10 mins. Just sit down close your eyes, try guided meditation if you want or not and just relax don’t worry about anything, it’s awesome.

with practice even your salah will improve because you get to learn to not think about anything at all. The mind is a muscle and you gotta train it and mediation is a good way of doing that.
 
What you need is Quran Saar

It all works together! quran saar is important but not tangible as you can’t do quran saar everyday as it’s expensive but meditation cost nothing and you can do it anytime, why not get the healings benefits of both.

Just don’t get too reliant on them. Use temporary and start decreasing the dosage until you can function without it. Mental meds Causes too much issues in the long run.

You should honestly speak with a therapist if you are dealing with mental health issues. It'll help a lot.

Meditation is also a great way to improve one's mental health.

For me personally, working out and lifting weights in particular helps the most.
