I agree with him about everything he said but also don't forget to work your legs. You can do Bulgarian split squats with the dumbells or lunges. Pushups and pullups are great but make sure you do different variations once you master the basics of bodyweight excercises.Dumbbell chest press, dumbbell overhead press, and dumbbell rows, but you would need some heavy dumbbells in order to progressively overload. If you just workout at home I would recommend push ups and pull ups.
