Anybody into Calisthenics/weightlifting

Dumbbell chest press, dumbbell overhead press, and dumbbell rows, but you would need some heavy dumbbells in order to progressively overload. If you just workout at home I would recommend push ups and pull ups.
I agree with him about everything he said but also don't forget to work your legs. You can do Bulgarian split squats with the dumbells or lunges. Pushups and pullups are great but make sure you do different variations once you master the basics of bodyweight excercises.
 
I wish my brother was more determined like you. Do you have friends or family who encourage you?
Tbh my parents couldn't care less about my physical health😭 especially my mom. She was always confused when I would go somewhere to play sports and workout instead of sitting at home. My dad loves it tho everytime we go swimming he hypes me up🤣
