Any tips on losing weight fast?

no I won’t share my weight it’s nobody’s business
-Calorie deficit
-If you can try eating one big meal a day at around 2-4pm and make sure it’s healthy replace all drink with water and run 1-2 miles a day and you’ll be good.

Figure out your tdee then subtract 500 if you wanna lose 1 lb a week, be realistic and pick sedentary for your activity levels
Nah wallahi I could easily lose weight but I got too addicted to food and have been getting take outs wayyyy to many times.

I was at pull & bear and Bershka and I couldn’t even fit a normal crop top because my waist got bitter and my stomach fuller

agreed its pretty easy to lose weight but people are lazy.

hit gym for a year consistently and you'll look like those insta girls with fat asses and small waist

dont lose weight fast. You'll end up ruining your health. Plus you'll gain the weight back.

Consistency is key.

Just stick to a caloric deficit + weights/cardio
