Its not big, but alright. It is full of business people. The 4 horn of africa embassys are Somalis. I will tell you in more detail on the 15th December, since I am trainsiting for 9 Hours in Kuwait on route to Damascus and back. It has been time since i last been there!

It's primarily Somalilanders that live there. Less than 100 families. It's getting smaller by the day due to the approaching retirement age of the parents (children cannot stay).

Never knew Somalis lived in Qatar. I thought they mostly live in Oman, Saudi and the UAE.

Also, no income tax and it’s a Muslim country.

It’s a pretty sweet deal, if you know what you’re doing, don’t expect citizenship or human rights and you’re good.

I visited Qatar and its filled with foreign migrants who all seem sketchy. Dont get me wrong, the gulf is great for a holiday but not better then the West long term.

Of course, the gulf is only a option once you have property, and a passport in a western country.

Once you do that, move to the gulf to increase living standards and make a lot of money.

Then Retire at any place in the world since you’re swimming in money at this point.

Idk arabian countries always seem unstable.You could lose most of your investment in the long run.

There’s a risk in most things, but a country like the UAE is pretty low risk imo as it’s so international.
