One thing I realized quick growing up was that I wasn’t the fastest however I had the most stamina/endurance by far, I literally just didn’t get tired. So I did cross country, for those who don’t know what cross country is, it’s basically like a 10,000m but instead of on a track, it’s outside on outdoor trails.
did pretty well, made city finals a handful of times. The crazy part is that I was never really in great shape but still had good success.
