Yeah it is a pain. I like to detangle my hair with my hands when I'm in the shower. I lather my hair with conditioner and go through it.

Mines go down to the middle of my back but it likes to curl up so it only shows past my shoulder.

I just brush it out when it's a little wetter to make it a bit easier and when it's dry I spray some oil to keep it moisturised

I just didn't care enough to cut it when I was younger in school. Then I started getting compliments when I was grown out and decided to keep it. Only go to every 6 months or so to trim the split ends (cut 3 inches) and keep it healthy.

I don't know how you can get rid of how your hair looks. I'm not sure what you mean by wavy though since you mentioned those 360 waves.

If you mean waves like this then you can just grow it out and style it in a way that you think looks better

Unfortunately you can't really get rid of the frizzy problem completely. When hair gets curls it doesn't retain moisture as well as straight hair so you have to constantly moisturise it time to time to get rid of the frizz.
