Same here. I was once great subac reciter and macallin use to be proud of me. Now i have lost almost all of it. I can still take part in subac if given 30min to sort of look into the said juzz then im good.

Why bother to read something you don't even understand ? I have no time to be reading something which doesn't help me grow in intelligence, do you even know what you all are reciting ? Like sheep baa baa

I learnt most my Dugsi years in Saudi Arabia, My Teachers were good people, No hitting or bashing. The Quran should be taught in peace

I was crazy back in my malcaamad days. I fought the teachers all the time, insulted them and even karbaashed them with their tuumbo
I once had to stay behind for for 1 & 1/2h detention in an empty room. After maybe 20 minutes, ayaan daaqada ka dhacay and ran the f*ck out. Once i was out of the house, i started throwing dhagax at the them and broke some windows

I barely finished juz amma, and I dabbled a little bit into the 2nd juz, and I just know the easy surahs by heart
