Ok fair enough but how come slavery isn't just outirght haram in the Quran?
slavery was practiced through different means at that time some people where enslaved through wars some where for debts and where enslaved through kidnapping. Remember the Muslim were few in numbers so they could not protect the freed slave.
But again you are still using emotional reasons to leave Islam.
Of course i'd be emotional, it was black Africans yet again being used as slaves like it always is. Sigh

Slavery is allowed according to the Quran.
Emotional reasoning amplifies the effects of cognitive distortions.
Slavery is allowed according to the Quran. Don't let these Muslamics twist the meaning of their holy book.
ISIS, the most Islamic of all states, has slavery as of this moment.
That's what i don't get. Why did Allah have no issue with it?
You know if i was Arab i'd probably be Muslim but i feel sick knowing they used Black Africans as slaves and yet i'm just following their religion...
It was written by a sleazy merchant who copied all his ideas from Jews and Christians he met on his travels to Syria. It isn't a holy book.

That's how sad Islam is, based on plagiarism mixed in with some novel Arab voodoo and a dash of Iranian Zoroastrianism.
I'd say all the religions are man made to control the masses tbh
